GAZATTEER

Exceat is a small farm complex near the former saxon settlement of Exceat on the A259 as it crosses the Cuckmere Valley. There is the Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre, housed in an 18th century barn, a bicycle hire shop, the Pump Barn, used as part of the education resource at the Seven Sisters Country Park and managed by the Sussex Wildlife Trust and the Exceat Farmhouse Restaurant where you can get refreshments.
