Upminster Tithe Barn is one of the many Essex aisled barns we visited. It now houses a local Museum of Nostalgia, displaying artefacts from both the rural and urban past. The museum is owned by Havering London Borough Council and run in partnership with Hornchurch and District Historical Society so check on the website for opening times. Try to combine it with a visit to Upminster Windmill.
