GAZATTEER

Winterbourne medieval barn was built in 1342, commissioned by the then Mayor of Winterbourne, Thomas de Bradestone. In the 20th century it fell into neglect until it was bought by South Gloucestershire Council in 1998.

It has now been restored and is part of an ongoing community-led project based on heritage and food and farming education.
