The Home Farm at Tatton Park in Cheshire is a complex of buildings grouped round a dovecote and a boiler-house and steam engine, which provided the power for the machinery that carried out the work for processing feed and cereals.
The buildings date from the 18th & 19th century. They give an idea of how farming changed after the introduction of mechanisation. There is a stable block and barns for storing and processing feed. The site includes a children’s farm and various rare breeds of farm animal
