Brockworth Court Barn, Gloucestershire

Brockworth Court, now Prior’s Court, near Gloucester, was built for Richard Hart, the last prior of Llanthony Secunda Augustine Priory, during the reign of Henry VIII, on land belonging to the priory. The barn dates from the same period.

The Tithe Barn was almost completely destroyed by fire in 2006. This fine restoration is evidence of what individuals with the money, time and devotion can achieve. The barn is now used for art and craft events and is part of the Brockworth Court Arts Centre.

The manor complex is also available as a film set and the barn is available as a wedding venue.
